Strategy

The basic business strategy of the group SINDLAR and the main assignment of the company SINDLAR EU s.r.o. is to spread the offer of services to all its subsidiaries or business representations in the countries with work opportunities for water management and ecology experts.

The group is focused on water as a basic factor of development and long term sustainability of every society. Due to different natural and socioeconomic conditions in current territories of our work and in potential new destinations, the holding group creates the work team with focus on its high adaptability so that it is able to find solutions for the projects in different environments. The offer of services guarantees such solutions that do not harm environment and natural values in the locality.

Our fundamental strategy in areas with developed economies and high urbanisation is the offer of restoration of harmed ecosystems of water courses and river basins, including protection of water resources and landscape biodiversity, which ensures their sustainable use. In these regions, the solution of flood protection by nature-like flood control measures is also very important.

Our fundamental strategy in developing countries is provision of industrial and drinking water resources and use of hydro energetic potential for the improvement of hygienic, health and social standards of society. Simultaneously, the issue of wastewater treatment and ecosystem protection mustn’t be forgotten so that the existent natural sources are not harmed. This problem could be observed in the past decades in highly developed economies and urbanized areas. The nature-like flood control measures are also convenient for developing countries, especially their application in combination with territorial planning and food event management plans. It requires sufficient monitoring network of meteorological stations and limnigraphs for obtention of the necessary information about hydrological cycle. Creation, improvement or extension of these networks are one of the main offers for our customers.

Business principles

The main business principle is based on an internal document that specifies the corporate identity. All our employees are obliged to treat the customers kindly, with all the necessary care, and to solve their problems enthusiastically.

All our employees are obliged to behave honestly, our given word is worth a contract. Nevertheless, all the business relations are covered by contracts or written agreements. We expect the same principles and behaviour from our business partners.
