Organization Structure

The group SINDLAR has a vertical organization structure that is roofed by the main, Czech Republic based company SINDLAR EU s.r.o. that represents the holding.

The abroad business activities are divided into geographical zones according to the political, organizational, language or other characteristics.

There are several forms how to represent the holding in the territories with some business activities of our group. The representations have the following form:

• Daughter companies
• Companies's offices
• Business representations
• Project solution from other territory (without representation)

All the components of the holding are organised and administered by the company SINDLAR EU s.r.o.

The group structure is transparent and can be found on the web pages of the holding. The company SINDLAR EU s.r.o. roofs the activities of all the divisions. The structure is flexible and has a dynamic development, the situation is updated according to the actual needs.
