The holding group is represented by the company SINDLAR EU s.r.o. that provides administration and organization of all group members and their activities.

The company SINDLAR EU s.r.o. also represents other members of the holding group in consortium contracts for specific tenders. It determines a uniform business policy, strategy and progress and represents the group on the international level, unless the competence is given to a division in a corresponding region.

The company SINDLAR EU s.r.o. is the roof company as to the economical, organization and marketing informational system of the group. It also guarantees the work quality, staff qualification and management processes of all member companies.
